Selling my first home went amazingly well, thanks to the remarkable dedication and talent of my dream team: Karen McCabe, and Jennifer Schmidt.  My situation involved a unique set of challenges due to my child's condition that required more than your everyday realtor has to offer.  It called for great patience and consideration, empathy, creative problem solving, and urgency, all of which Karen and Jen delivered. 

I came to these wonderful realtors in a state of absolute distress fueled by an urgent need to sell my home. From the initial encounter with Karen, I knew I was in more than capable hands and no longer felt alone with the magnitude of the task that lay ahead. Step by step, Karen helped break down the barriers and simplified the tasks. She made the whole process much more manageable, giving hope and encouragement each step of the way. The open house hosted by Jennifer was an absolute success. Thanks to the excellent coaching and preparation tasks given to me beforehand, I was able to do my part to contribute to the open house. Jennifer stayed there well over two hours and met with over 30 families that came in. She is so personable and professional, that with her talent, 15 of the open house visitors made offers on my home!  Afterwards, Karen and Jennifer spent a great deal of time advising and supporting me in how to choose the most attractive offer that had the best chance of not falling through. I accepted the best offer, and Karen referred me to an excellent legal resource who helped me feel secure with navigating the final steps of the sale/paperwork involved. 

It all came together with an incredible team to whom I have so much gratitude, especially for their compassion and support during the discussion of my child's condition and accommodations needed in preparing the house. These two realtors bring to the real estate experience a whole new level of exceptional quality that is difficult to find elsewhere.

Jennifer was always professional. She informed me on All customers that were interested in the property that we were trying to rent. We had an unusual situation with a renter that signed a new two year lease and then wanted out of the lease after a few months so we as the owners of the property said we would help get it rented which required Jennifer to have to discuss potential renters to both us and the old renter and Jennifer did an excellent job. She provided solutions to questionable situations. Job well done!

Jennifer was really easy to work with and very helpful with any questions we had while looking for and then purchasing a home. She was always there ahead of a showing and knew everything there was to know about each home and got answers to any questions we had. When some issues with the sale came up at the last minute, she was there immediately to help us negotiate through them.
